carf_goldseal_108pxWe are proud to share that Koinonia Family Services has once again been awarded a three-year accreditation from CARF International. This recognition, received at the end of October, reflects our sustained commitment to providing high-quality, trauma-informed services for children, youth, and families.

CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) is an international nonprofit that helps ensure health and human service organizations provide safe, effective, and person-centered care. Accreditation is granted only after a thoughtful self-study, an on-site review by expert surveyors, and a demonstrated commitment to learning, growth, and continuous improvement.

We are honored that CARF’s review affirmed the strength of our programs, the dedication of our staff, and our ongoing efforts to create safe, supportive, and healing environments for those we serve.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers, resource parents, staff members, and community partners who participated in the survey process. Your openness, insight, and collaboration helped highlight the heart behind our mission.

This achievement is a testament to the collective effort of our Koinonia community, and a reminder of the impact we can continue to make together.
