DESCRIPTION:Learn More About Private Adoption in California!\nIn June of 2022\, Koinonia Family Services obtained their full-service adoption license and has been offering private adoption services since that time. Private adoption is when the biological parent(s) voluntarily make an adoption plan for their child.
